I have been diagnosed with PPPD in 2022. I also have Multiple Sclerosis which was diagnosed over 20 years ago and I was living a pretty good life until I got the covid vax and EVERYTHING changed! I went from a functioning human being to internal spinning 24/7. I can no longer work, drive, walk, etc… I’m dizzy every day since March 22, 2022 to present day. I go to PT/OT once a week, also have a weighted vest I couldn’t tell you how or why it works(therapist could)but it does. I do what they tell me, it ‘helps’ but dizzy never goes away, I just know what I can and can’t do.
Don’t let a doctor tell you this isn’t real, because it’s soooo real and there are doctors and therapists that will listen. I hope this helps anyone going through this. It sure does suck!

@sarawiet
P/T was actually a trigger for my vestibular migraine. bummer. I am seeing someone who is a specialist in PPPD. Trying to get an appointment. I'll let you know what I learn.
I had to give up driving and can't walk for more that 10 minutes before becoming so dizzy I'll fall down. I tried exercising but so many triggers. Chair yoga for seniors helps, but not really a workout. Stretching, which is nice.
