LPL is so weird! My Lambda light chain is off the charts, opposite your Kappa situation.
Are you being treated at Mayo?
I have a local oncologist in Kansas and go back/forth to Mayo-Rochester (6 hour drive), as necessary.

We are a small group, I hope we can be in touch to compare notes and provide support.

I’m in Idaho and went to Huntsman Cancer Center in SLC for 2nd opinions, both heme and neurology.
Treatment in Boise.
I’ve been told that LPL without IgM or IgG, only abnormal lab is very high light chains, is pretty rare.
Thought I was tolerating first cycle of Rituximab/Bendamustine very well but now 3 days later experiencing nausea. Not unusual?
