@gloaming @I enjoy your feedback as thought goes into your response .
Is there any one brand of magnesium, though your fact finding , that is better than any other brands of magnesium? Because some are costly. Or just pick one of the shelf?

Not @gloaming so hope you don't mind me passing on what the Director or electrophysiology at Mayo Jacksonville told me.

In his experience and research the Citrate is the most digestible and what he recommends. In his words some experience digestive issues (loose bowels) with citrate but again he said some.

He advised if that occurred he recommended Glycinate as also was highly absorbable. Not my research or opinion but from an EP that has written several books, heavily involved with research, and does seminars around the world. And to add to that he is the President of the Electrophysiology Medical Group Society.

@713j Whatever is on sale, ideally by a recognized brand, and whose per-tablet dosage is right for your condition. Costco is sure to be good, provided you can purchase there. Walmart will have a decent product, Walgreens, whatever. Ask a pharmacist if he/she knows of a good brand.

I'm in Canada, and we're pretty well regulated here. I can enter any pharmacy and pick a product off the shelf and it will be within a narrow range of '-good, good, good+'.
