@squitirogloria Hello, my advice is to take the free master class to get more of a feel. I have not specifically encountered answers to your questions. I am in a coaching class called Patient Communication Skills Lab and last week we received a “Question Bank” with 8 different bullet points including discussing options, understanding results and more. In the site There are ootles of resources and one can always get help navigating and finding things. Site ambassadors will often provide direct links when newbies get lost or others forget. Good luck!
