@lindy9 fortunately I don't really drink alot drinks that contains caffeine, matter fact for about a month or so, I went on another diet where I didn't consume anything liquid but water, but I still have it, I went to the hospital for it and even the Doctors say really there isn't anything wrong, even gave them a urine sample and blood and stood in front of an x-ray, these palpitations happened like maybe 6 months after I lose my job and crashed, I didn't get out much and practically crashed, I'm thinking maybe stress, and anxiety, I don't drink neither do I smoke anything, nor do I vape or anything of these such, thinking back six months ago when I didn’t have this problems, it just makes you reminisce, all the times I complained about work and life not knowing I really wasn’t going through anything.
