Hi! Gosh, it would be so worth it to stop eating dairy if you think there's a possible connection for yourself.
For myself, I have breakouts of LP mostly on my legs. But, I also have OLP and Esophageal Lichen Planus. I don't feel dairy effects me at all. I eat a lot of dairy and there doesn't seem to have a connection for me. Tha doesn't mean it won't for you.

@sadea0208 Hi also OLP and ELP and lichen sclerosus. I believe it's all the overexposure to chemicals and meds for some of us. At least the OLP and ELP was drug induced per my rheumatologist on hypertensive meds. My list is too exhaustive to print here of what the other suspected drugs were. my advice to anyone, look up your drugs for possible DIL (drug induced lupus).
