@suyadugs Hi I have been fighting LP on my legs first right now small area on left. woke up on morning and had both arms covered in small red bumps from elbows to fingers. as many as 70 on back of right hand, I started using Cortesla for about 3months now. seems to help for my arms are almost clear and leg looks better. The itch I control with some anti itch pills. You know I love dairy but I would stop it I knew it is the problem. I have no food allergies

Hi! Gosh, it would be so worth it to stop eating dairy if you think there's a possible connection for yourself.
For myself, I have breakouts of LP mostly on my legs. But, I also have OLP and Esophageal Lichen Planus. I don't feel dairy effects me at all. I eat a lot of dairy and there doesn't seem to have a connection for me. Tha doesn't mean it won't for you.
