I am not sure if my vertigo is related to the autoimmune diseases. My doctor gave me a dizzy test in the office to diagnosis. Man did that make me feel sick. I take mecklazine when it is bad. Therapy did help lesson the dizziness. She said it is an autoimmune disease of the inner ear. I am just guessing that it is related but have no scientific evidence.

Do you have ménière's, Vertigo is a sidekick of ménière's. Stress and anxiety are the biggest ticks for Vertigo. I have had ménière's with Vertigo since 2008. Tried everything and anything. I have now stopped working, paid the house off and try to live Stress free and it's worked. I only had maybe 3 in 12 months. But the ménière's doesn't go away. Good luck in your journey 😁
