Side effects adding XTANDI to ORGOVYX

Who is taking both Xtandi and Orgovyx and what are the side effects of adding Xtandi to Orgovyx. I am asking this question on behalf of my friend. who recently started taking Xtandi in addition to Orgovyx.
He was Gleason 8 and had RP March 2020 and was following Intermittent ADT based on the advice of his doctor.

@jeffmarc Is that true for all the -lutamides? If so, then I'm glad it's a side-effect I haven't experienced after over 4 years on ADT+Apalutamide.

According to AI, this is a very rare side effect of all of the lutamide’s.

It is a more common side effect of Zytiga.

I know that while I was on a Zytiga, I would be making my breakfast in the morning and all of a sudden I would start panting. My wife noticed it. Not had the problem with Nubeqa.

Not something to really worry about for most people. The point is it can happen.

@colleenyoung My doctors have pretty much poo-pooed my connecting the shortness of breath to Xtandi. They do not believe there is a connection. Nor have they offered any solutions. I am anemic, believed to be inherent...(Mediterranean Anemia). I will try the diaphagmatic breathing technique and see what happens.. Thanks
