My son was recently diagnosed with this disease.
Very overwhelming.
Have you tried Salivea mouth spray that mimics saliva OTC?

Hi. Yes. At times, it’s overwhelming. haven’t used Salivea but I use Biotene spray or mouthwash. I also use ACT lozenges, Xylimelts or sugarless candy and gum in between the sprays.
I also use ice, citrus fruits and frozen melons or grapes for mouth dryness.
