Anyone have success with treatment for vaginal Lichen Sclerosus?

I don’t use it to help with the burning when urinating, I haven’t found anything to help with that. Not even gasoline or barrier cream. I dread having to urinate!! Do you? The lidocaine helps the soreness & pain not the burning! I use a cream lidocaine. I suffer with lichen sclerosis.

@andwho - Oh yes, I also dread urinating. The level of pain can be hard to tolerate. My dermatologist actually suggested surgery so I would pee in a bag and the urine would not have to go through the urethra. The diagnosis the uro/gyno doctor put on my visit sheet was "Lichen planus of vulva." Blessings to you. Let me hear if you find anything that works down the road. Faye
