@dawnie7 I have never heard of a lung biopsy without being put under. It is a necessity because it is invasive. I think you should tell your doctor about your fears. They gave be a slight sedative before taking me into the O.R. That would relax you before they use the anesthesia and begin the actual biopsy. Maybe your fears lay in what they may find?
