How wonderful to have a Transplant Support Group.... we are not so organised , here in the U.K. Or if there is one I haven't found it..?
I really appreciate how 'well connected' the Mayo Clinic and Group are 🙂 I never feel alone even when I feel alone... if you get my drift 😉

I've recently joined 'Slimming World' and lost nearly a stone in 4 months ( alongside a really bad back injury when I put 4 lb on in a week!)
The Mayo Diet looks great but I'm financially committed to the SW diet for now. I intend to maintain my weight with the Mayo one once I have reached my goal! 7 lbs to go. Happy eating all ... we can lose weight AND enjoy 'good food and health'. Love and Light, Linda xx
