Thank you will definitely order some. My problem is that I cannot have raw vegetables. Even some cooked I cannot because it causes obstructions
if my intestines get into scar tissue and twist. And there are some certain fruits.I cannot have no nuts.

@mfinley We are all different and that’s the tricky part about all this, isn’t it? We have to experiment and find out what works for us. Hope the probiotics help.
