When I started Orgovyx, I had some pretty severe joint pain (knees, hands) for about 5 months or so. It resolved on its own, but I still get a little stiff every now and then. Tylenol + naproxen (one of each) seemed to help on days where it was really annoying.

I don't understand when you say your testosterone is coming back though. If you are still on Orgovyx, your T level should drop and stay there, not come back. My T level has been single digits since November. Started Orgovyx in June 2025 so coming up on 8 months now.

@mjp0512 I took Orgovyx from March to late September 2025(six months) and didn't experience leg pain. A few times I felt like my legs were wet but they weren't, just cold; this wasn't as bad as a hot flash that I have prepped my mind I would experience.
