Bravo! Those scores are encouraging! You say you had no side effects. (Also encouraging!) Did that happen naturally, or did you do anything to avoid them? Some people talk about taking Tylenol before injection or drinking a lot of water. Let me know if you have any tips for the journey. I start Evenity this month.

@isabella5 the nurse giving my injections in the back of both arms told me to make a fist and tighten that muscle as the injection went it. It did seem to help with the stinging.

@isabella5 Thank you for your comments. No I didn't really take any pain meds or need to. I may have had mild discomfort at the injection site a few hours but not enough that I felt I needed meds. Of course, this is all subjective and pain is that for sure. I didn't drink more water either. I wouldn't say not to do these things but for me it was not necessary.
