There are so many neuropathy scams out there that come, take a ton of money, and leave. By the time someone tries to take them to task, they have crawled back into whatever hole they came from. Tip: before investing your hard-earned money in one of the scams, take the time to do an online search of reviews for it. If it has any real value, the pros should far outweigh the cons. Beware of products being hawked by celebrities. Most of them are phony. Any product claiming it can cure neuropathy is a scam. You're welcome.
There needs to be a group of former military men to search out and find these scammers who violate every code of ethics and use a blowtorch on their testicular location while explaining to them what they have done.

It seems that I have used this product several years back and had poor results.
Not sure if my neuropathy is due to Type 2 diabetes, restless leg syndrome, joint replacement, or DVTs. Regardless, Gabapentin is out of the question for several reasons. My doc prescribed Ropinirole which helps some.
However, I have found that drinking 1 cup of mild roast coffee about an hour before bedtime, has really helped. Not sure that it will work for others, but you may want to give it a try. (I use k-cups Happy Belly coffee)
I am not a diabetic; I have peripheral neuropathy in both feet for over 12 Years
it's all nerves I'm in pain 24/7, is there any body out there that can help me ?

Welcome to Connect @saunder. Sorry to hear that you haven't found some relief for your 24/7 pain. I'm one of the more fortunate (if you can call it that) neuropathy folks with only numbness and some tingling but it never goes away. You are not alone and there are many different discussions here on Connect that you might want to scan through. Here is a search of Connect using "neuropathy pain what helps" - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/.
The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy also has a list of treatments including complementary and alternatives ones in case you haven't seen them - https://www.foundationforpn.org/therapies/.
Has your doctor or neurologist suggested or tried any treatments?
Does anyone know where to report Neuropathy scams? This must be an illegal practice but who knows what to do about it?
@bhappy I purchase mine over the counter.
