@saunder My GP and Pain Specialist have advised the prescription side and have supported my use of supplements—not one product, but the individual ones have been well studied for neuropathy—no matter how expensive OTC “nerve” pills have failed. For example, i had been taking magnesium 400mg—science is take half that much magnesium glycinate 70mg 3 times a day—it helps. I trust the University studies one companies adaptation. Hope you find the help you need.

Welcome to Connect @saunder. Sorry to hear that you haven't found some relief for your 24/7 pain. I'm one of the more fortunate (if you can call it that) neuropathy folks with only numbness and some tingling but it never goes away. You are not alone and there are many different discussions here on Connect that you might want to scan through. Here is a search of Connect using "neuropathy pain what helps" - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/.
The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy also has a list of treatments including complementary and alternatives ones in case you haven't seen them - https://www.foundationforpn.org/therapies/.
