@loplady I take Metagenics, I buy many supplements, this is best i can afford but my first choice would be Algae Cal Plus. Thorne has a good supplement, Thorne advance Bone supplement and also Life exfension Bone restore. I've enclosed a screen shot but not sure if its properly cropped. Good luck!
