@matt2024 I am having more cramps with 2 capsules so I started taking only one capsule but not sure if this is good.

@johnny1955 - Sorry to hear that you are still having trouble. Did you happen to talk with your Doctor to get their thoughts on dosage? I can't say for sure what dosage is right with a Whipple so it may be best to check with them. I take 3 x 36,000 with meals and one with snack post pancreatectomy and it seems to be the right amount for me.
