I too am new to all of this. Still working through what is going on I have also experienced internal tremors. I feel my hand or arm vibrating. It feels like its shaking but look down and it is not Shaking it’s all internal.
I do also get shakes but lately a lot of internal ones
I have also felt this in my jaw. sometimes the jaw does actually shake but it’s not noticeable.
The other tremor/twitching I’m experiencing is my left temporal muscle (a muscle I never knew about—amazing the stuff we learn). My left temporal muscle twitches a lot and it extends to my left ear.
When this first started it felt like I had a gnat buzzing against my skin and I kept trying to brush it away. It does stop when I rub it but it comes back. This happens all the time
Does anyone else experience the jaw and or the temple shaking ?

My husband has lately been complaining of either a river or blood rushing past he right ear. He does have Vertigo. The ENT could not find anything to help him get relief. This journey is long and hard. Hugs to you. Take care if yourself.
