Wondering if magnesium glycinate has helped anyone suffering from migraines.
Just listened to a poscast from the National Headache Foundation about usage and benefits of this supplement.

@lisalucier I used to wake up most mornings with a headache which advanced to a migraine. I've been taking magnesium glycinate before bed time for several years and morning headaches have been reduced. I weigh 145 lbs. and take 3 capsules (recommended dose is 4 capsules) my bowels were to loose with 4 capsules. Also I saw a nutritionist, as well as neurologist for migraines. Nutritionist suggested I cut back on sugary foods and foods that cause inflammation, which was a game changer and Neurologist prescribed Relpax as a rescue medication. I was averaging 15 migraines monthly until I changed my diet.
