My story. Went to hospital Nov 29th thinking stroke, Left hand and arm going numb. CT scans first day showed no signs of stroke. Overnight first day, numbness went to shoulder and down entire left side of body, leg and foot and also to bottom of right jaw. After more CT scans, 5 total, they discharged me saying no signs of stroke or serious spinal problems. MRI was not possible due to Pacemaker leads placed in 2011. Also noticed the heel and bottom of right foot are numb.

Went to spine Dr. whom took xrays and looked at hospital records, said nothing he could do, go to large Hospital ER and get evaluated properly.

I eventually got to Mayo Clinic ER and am now waiting to hear back if they can do an MRI after getting all the info on my pacer and leads.

Reading all these posts is not giving me a lot of hope.

@leebos I'm glad you ended up at Mayo. It's been several hours since your post, so they must have been working with you. I hope you get answers and that there is a solution for you..... and welcome to Connect!
