I had total knee replacement surgery on 10-28-25. Felt great for a couple weeks then my let swelled and foot 3 times the size. Had Ultrasound and was discovered I have a blood clot. Doctors put me on Eliquis. Now we are 1-1-26, and for weeks I have joint pain and getting worse. My primary doctors tells me this is not caused by Eliquis but I have read it does. I read if I cease taking it I could have a stroke or if the blood it still there I could die. Any suggestions what I need to do. My primary doctor is not helping me and I don't think this is the surgeons place.
