There isn't a lot of info out there about SIBO. I did have the test so know I have it. It is really hard to find flavorful food when you can't tolerate garlic or onion but I do use the green part of scallions for a little onion flavor. Also there are sites where you can purchase low fodmap food that do add flavor. I use Sain n Sanity's Garlic Parmesan. There is no garlic in it but somehow it does replicate the flavor of garlic. What a pain this condition is. I believe my overuse of Prylosec contributed to my having it.

I haven't used store bought salad dressing for 2 years because of ingredients. I usually resort to oil and vinegar at restaurants. My stomach seems to like the apple cider vinegar i use in homemade dressing. Im a bit lazy, so i make a “coleslaw” type dressing (mayo, ACVinegar, little cane sugar) and use it on everything.
