@hallward I too have used the FODMAP diet to figure out which foods cause problems. I believe I had undiagnosed SIBO.

Lactose free plain yogurt seems to be a good probiotic for me. I buy Fage brand. I eat it mostly with warm blueberries (microwaved frozen or fresh).

Garlic and onion cause me problems - and so many recipes and sauces have them. It’s difficult to find flavorful authentic flavors on the FODMAP diet. I found RAO brand italian sauce is good, recommended by Ina Garten as a substitute for her homemade sauce. “Rao's Sensitive Sauce is a marinara sauce specifically made without onions or garlic, ideal for those with digestive issues, low-FODMAP diets, or sensitivities to alliums, and offers a smooth, traditional Italian flavor without common triggers.”

@hallward I have learned that SACCHAROMYCES BOULARDII helps with SIBO. Also oregano oil under the tongue. Best of luck.
