@lindamaegirl You dont need to spend that kinda money, just find a good biochemist. He should be able to help you at a fraction of the cost.
After listening to the guy I go to , talk about down sides of osteoporosis meds, I wouldn't touch them...ever!
Have you tried a really good bone supplement and collagen powder with peptides( eg Fortibone) The collagen powders are gonna be expensive if they are going to work ( cheaper stuff won't ) and its no quick fix but my sister reversed her osteoporosis doing this. Good luck. I just started.

@anniesezu812 I'm going to restart taking CodeAge Collagen peptides. A friend and her brother have been taking it for a couple years... I can put it in hot coffee. It has helped his knee joints. Not too crazy expensive. I also will not take the meds, but I'm going to an endocrinologist to talk about hormone replacement soon. I haven't decided whether to do that or not. I go to an exercise class almost 5 days a week of one kind or another. Just do what I can and what I enjoy.

I do 40 GMS of collagen daily with 5 GMS of creatine@anniesezu812

@anniesezu812 What "really good bone supplement" do you use? I use Sparkle Wellness Bone Mineral Boost and would love to add a good supplement.
