@sueinmn im glad to hear!!! Its an ear lobe piercing and the thing im using is an antiseptic cleansing liquid from the brand band-aid. Thank you so much for an explanation of what exactly it was I was really nervous. 😥 i’ll look in my familys closet to see if we have a antibiotic cream i can apply for next time i clean it

@kallubsmqd Just don't give up! Lol. I did that because the piercing got infected, and the hole closed almost immediately. 🙁 After repeating the procedure, I still reacted with infection and irritation, but I continued cleaning and applying antibiotic ointment, and the piercings finally healed properly. I have very sensitive skin, and I suppose that might be why healing took so long. Just a guess.
