There are no tests that diagnose Fibromyalgia there are just symptoms that the Drs. Go by I have had Fibromyalgia for 25 years there are a lot of underlying conditions that I also suffer from... Like Osteoarthritis Tendonitis TMR spinal stenosis ECT I've been told by a non professional that cutting out gluten has helped her. I haven't tried that as of yet .. I take Lyrica 100 mg and Tramadol 50 mg Daily. Hugs to all

@kristine31 As for gluten, years after my initial diagnosis I stopped it and while it resolved a few health issues it had no effect on my fibromyalgia or arthritis. Understand that stopping it is a total lifestyle change as wheat and it's byproducts are in many foods you wouldn't expect like BBQ sauce, some prepared dressings, some ice cream and even in seasonings. You have to learn to read EVERY label and ask questions anywhere you eat.
