I have arthritis in my entire spine, stenosis, L4/ L5 fusion, numerous back procedures and surgeriess, physical therapy too many times to even count, and neuropathy in both feet. I also have undefined asthma which is still in progress of getting that under control but that’s another story. For my back I take x3 100mg daily of Pregabalin and had a pain pump surgically put in my back due to the severe pain I was in. I’m about 50% better which a miracle! The next step would have been a wheelchair. I also use Stop Pain Gel over the counter which also helps and can be bought online in a large pump container or in roll on form at Walmart.
