Hives plus left ankle completely numb all the time for 5 days

You said "... I have no allergies..." - which might have been true most of your life, but allergies can begin at any time. Since you mentioned a time frame of the past 5 days, I am wondering if you have brough any holiday items into your home recently? Here are a few common seasonal causes of allergic symptoms:
Fresh trees and wreaths, which may have been sprayed with dye or chemicals to retard shedding, or may have mold on them
Artificial trees and wreaths, which may develop mold or excessive dust over the years
Scented candles
Christmas cookies or breads, which may contain spices or nuts you don't typically eat

And here are a few other sources of allergens in your house:
A tightly closed house, recirculating dust, scents, etc
New bedding or clothing
A change in laundry products, cleaning products and air fresheners
A change to flavored coffees (these actually set off a nut allergy for me years ago that I didn't previously have)
Something a pet brought in, or even a change in their food

If this doesn't help you find and eliminate a culprit, have you tried a dose of Benadryl to see if this solves your problem?
