@diverdown1 I use a whole 50 mg tablet at first I had side effects from it so I broke it in half but now I tolerate the full tablet tablet and it helps me severely reduces brain fog. A little less pain a little more easy going psychologically if you overdo it that can undo the benefits. I'm thinking of going slightly higher on the milligrams of my doctor agrees to see if it helps more.

@ladyrocc007 I agree that it helps me feel better. I am still on 25 mg. I tried 50 mg and sometimes, when I feel really awful, I will take a 50 mg. tablet. I find that Naltrexone causes similar side effects as the pills I was addicted to before I got sober (GI wise) but I do notice that I need more dopamine and Naltrexone helps with that. Let me know how you fair on a higher dose. Thank you for the reply!
