Met with Dr Hayden at Stanford. She recommends surgery and if I choose not to do surgery she recommends repeat 4 month MRI. Said there’s a 50/50 chance of it growing. I asked what she would do if she were me. She said she would wait 4 months and do another MRI. If no growth they will do serial MRI’s and if it grows later down the road I’m faced with craniotomy when I’m older and risk having a medical condition? Sounds like a crap shoot.
