@noeliax, welcome. Palliative care can help provide comfort for symptoms of advanced lung cance with liver metastasis. I found this article from the Lung Association to be really helpful in describing palliative care.

Symptoms that may be improved by palliative care include:
Pain.
Nausea or vomiting.
Anxiety or nervousness.
Depression or sadness.
Constipation.
Difficulty breathing.
Loss of appetite.
Fatigue.
Trouble sleeping.

Can you share a bit more? Do you have lung cancer or are you caring for someone living with lung cancer? What symptoms are you managing?

Mi madre, tiene 71 años y tiene todos los síntomas descriptos antes. Dolor e incomodidad en el estómago. También tiene lupus de hace unos años atrás.
Estoy muy desconcertada con todo, saturando en 95. Pero su cuerpo 💔
