I developed an acidic toxic condition from taking NSAIDS . I also was drinking a lot of coffee and tea from a new Keurig. I did not have GERD, just chronic nausea from the acid. Taking a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) for a short time did work, although I do not recommend staying on them for more than a few months due to side effects. Today I still have to watch my diet but the daily nausea is gone.
