@jackiet ugh yes. Here are the lovely words on my MRI. Anterolisthesis L5 on S1, L4/L5 arthropathy with disc bulge and neuroforaminal narrowing. trace anterolisthesthesis and of course degenerative disc disease and bone edema. So this is on going and due to my knee issue I walk funny. When my knee issues particularly bad all of this gets out of alignment and the entire thing goes hay wire. Lovely.
