I've never heard that fibromyalgia is the same as Long COVID. That's not accurate.
Try to do one thing every day. Be grateful for that thing you get done! Get into the habit of calling a friend once a week. That really lifts me. Good luck and remember, attitude is everything ❤️

@lisamonti1 "I can't say whether everyone with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Long Covid, ME CFS has the same disease or are in the same family of disease". I should have clarified. Long Covid often has the same symptomology as Fibro. Neither has a clear mechanism.
