I am 53 years old, and I've gone 1 year without a period. My symptoms have been mild, but lately I'm having deep hip pain. I get massages monthly, but they only help for a few days. Any suggestions?

Have you had a dexa scan.

@lzbthtyler I recommend talking to your doctor about hormone replacement therapy. Also, I just attached a link in a post that I just made. It was a life changer for me!!
