Hi @tdrohan Have you considered Botox injections? I had them and they did help. Here is a discussion about that:

There are more discussions that mention incontinence also. If you go to the little magnifying glass at the top of the page and put in "incontinence" it will show you any discussions that mention it.
I too have to urinate very frequently, particularly at night. I am generally up at least every hour and a half, often every hour, even when I try to not drink much in the evening. I was told there is a reason for that, it has to do with the fluid being drawn down during the day but then when you lie down it is more distributed throughout your body.
Before trying Botox I also tried a couple of the drugs they prescribe. I was on Vesicare a number of years ago, and more recently I was on Trospium. They both helped but not enough, I think Vesicare helped more. I have heard that the best medication for incontinence is Myrbetriq but that is often not paid for by insurance, or not paid for very well, and there is no generic yet.
