I'm on lyrica 100 milligrams three times a day the doctor thought it would help more than gabapentin. I haven't noticed any difference in any of my issues taking it. I haven't gained any weight at all. I think if anything it caused blurry vision for a few days. I'm still hoping that they will give me something one day that will work for me. And I hope they find something for you to

Baclofen [an analog of Lyrica] is supposed to be helpful for nerve pain. I'd wean off of the Lyrica before trying it tho.
