@dmdinapoli81 Kappa is high at 227.9 mg/dL with ratio at 15.19 mg/L

I have IGG Lambda.
Lambda flc is 414. Kappa is 17.1.
Diagnosed with MGUS 2/24. Recently moved to intermediate SMM based on BMB fish panel showing gain of 1q and monosomy 13. Plasma cell % is 10-15. M-Spike is 1.62. No crab symptoms. Negative Pet scan. Being seen at Dana Farber

@dmdinapoli81 , i have had SMM since May 7, 2025 with 20-30% plasma cells with a lambda restriction, 2.2 g/dl monoclonal protein and flc ratio less than 0.1 on bmb. Lambda is very high 631 and Kappa is very low 35.
My hematologist ordered a repeat serum flc this week and I have a repeat bmb on Christmas Eve. My last two MRIs showed 2 focal enhancements, 5 mm x 8 mm and 5 mm x 6 mm. There is a 3rd that us 4 x 4. None of these areas showed up on July PT CT scan. We are discussing start of treatment to slow progression after we see results of new tests.
