Aspergillus: Has anyone had a recurrence of this after it was treated?

I had it in my house once and it may have affected my lungs. What tests
did you have to diagnose this?

I was coughing up blood and a scan detected the mass in the right upper lobe. This lobe was removed as treatment. First preliminary diagnoses was cancer but after a bronchoscopy the Aspergillus was found. Was just wondering if anyone had a recurrence of this after it was removed or treated. I just have no idea how I got this as my doctors have ruled out immune deficiency.
