Is anyone on Repatha for cholesterol...

@rnanne after decades of trying cholesterol lowering drugs, stopping them, starting them, stopping them, etc due to the extreme side effects, I finally said NO MORE. I decided I wasn’t going to do that to my body any more. I’m hoping the Terzepitide I’m taking now will help. I have no side effects from it. I’m going to do labs in another 2 months making it 6 months of taking it.

@llynch17056 UPDATE: Terzepitide lowered my LPa but not my cholesterol. I have a new cardiologist that convinced me to try Nexletrol. I am on my second week without side effects, but, I have learned that it can take longer for side effects to hit. I will update here if it turns out I can tolerate Nexletrol. I also will watch for gout as it is a common side effect of Nexletrol.

I will definitely look into it. I was doing fine on Crestor but wanted to move the numbers lower but i have no choice now. My quality of life is important .
