@colleenyoung First things first!

Thank you, Colleen, for your leadership in creating and nurturing Mayo Clinic Connect, a community that has connected patients, caregivers, and families around the world. Your vision and dedication have helped countless people find support, share experiences, and feel less isolated in their health journeys. Your work as Community Director has truly made a meaningful difference in people’s lives. 💛

I also have been very busy. I know I get too deep in most of my replies most of the time. I just feel like I have to explain things to the ultimate depth.

I've been cursed or blessed with all my experiences concerning health since a very young person.

I'll get you further simplied links as time permits.

Happy holidays to you and yours in the coming up days.

Regards

Thanks for the detailed info Tommy. I've got a lot of info in my head as well - I'm 71 and have had both knees replaced, right hip and Left shoulder. I researched every replacement surgery, knew how to find a surgeon, and knew how to rehab for maximum recovery.

It's hard sometimes to remember where all this cane from. A lot is personal experience, and a lot are things I've read elsewhere, including posts to this forum.

All the best.

Joe

This was an interesting article. I am on Tramadol, and have been for a while. I wanted to try and cut back on the Tramadol. I am thinking about trying the CBD alternative. I was looking at the possible interaction with the two medications. Maybe I should consider cutting back on my Tramadol, either before I try the CBD, or maybe I should discuss this with my physician? Thank you for the information.

i was wondering
