This sounds so encouraging. Bitter cold here today so I’m on the “dreaded treadmill” today too. Took my first jardiance pill yesterday so here we go!!

@awana Is there a mall near you? That's more interesting than a treadmill - but not as nice as outdoors. Plenty of mall walkers live in the Northeast, often they meet at a designated time and walk together.
