We all need to accept that we cannot do what we used to !! Spend time in person or on phone with family and friends! Watch uplifting movies! Listen to Christmas music! Attend church and try to connect spiritually with OUR SAVIOR!

If you can ! Get outside listen for birds ,
During Christmas season there are many holiday events , try to find one close to you .
