Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, I am drinking water but probably not as much as I should. I haven't tried to go for walks yet, but will the next week. I just joined a gym and will combine it with the walking. I will try to find some adult pull up panties as I don't want an accident while walking.

@soldieron , wishing you well! I’m probably not the best person to give advice on the constipation struggles, as after five years I still don’t have it figured out. I’ll try the kefir.
Start slow at the gym. Moving will only help. I find that it’s helpful for my mental health too.
