Microgirl, I get thrush from antibiotics and oral steroids. Also, from using the Nebulizer or rescue inhaler IF they have steroids in them. It's important to rinse your mouth or brush your teeth afterwards. I also scrape my tongue occasionally. My go to for oral thrush is Diflucan 150 mg (prescription) and Nystatin mouthwash (prescription). I usually have to do both together to get rid of it. Thrush is stubborn.

It took me months to get rid of thrush after I had COVID and double pneumonia. I had to take a lot of antibiotics and steroid taper.

I tried coconut oil pulling and other natural remedies, but, for me personally, they didn't help. A good probiotic and yogurt also helps.

Praying for you as I know how irritating thrush can be. Blessings....

@covidstinks2023 what’s considered a good probiotic? There are so many choices! I think the nystatin wash is helping. I know there are so many worse things to have-I read about the awful things others are dealing with and it breaks my heart!
