@kstewart01 I just wanted to welcome you to Connect. My experience is cervical spinal fusion. I know that the thoracic areas of the spine are more difficult to access for the surgeon, so it takes a subspecialty for that area of the spine. You may find some other members discussing thoracic spine surgery in this discussion.
