One day scrolling through my FB messages, I came across a posting from Mayo Clinic that caught my attention because it had information about the use of HU, I was diagnosed with Jack 2 Mutation 3 years ago and I have been taking HU since with positive results. I have been able to get good information from Mayo Clinic through the postings of many people with a condition like mine and it has been very helpful for me.

May I ask what your diagnosis is? Do you have ET (essential thrombocythemia) or PV (polycythemia Vera)?
